Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of beauty products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are defective. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to request the return of defective items before issuing a replacement.
