Are Veluxa products cruelty-free?

Yes, absolutely. Veluxa is 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals at any stage of product development, and we do not work with suppliers who conduct animal testing. We are committed to ethical beauty without compromise.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

All Veluxa products are dermatologist tested and formulated to be gentle on skin. However, individual sensitivities vary. We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full application. If you have a known skin condition, please consult your dermatologist before use.

How long do Veluxa products last once opened?

Each product has a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging — a small jar icon with a number indicating how many months the product is safe to use after opening. Most of our formulations are stable for 12–24 months after opening when stored correctly.

How should I store my Veluxa products?

Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing in humid environments such as bathrooms where possible. Some products, such as our serums, benefit from refrigeration to extend their potency.

We source our ingredients from certified sustainable origins worldwide. Key ingredients include Moroccan argan oil from fair-trade co-operatives, Japanese pearl extract from Akoya pearl farms, and cold-pressed rosehip from Chilean organic growers. Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $5.99. Express and overnight options are available at additional cost.
